It doesnt mean that employees doing the saatkorn tasks for years wont be valuable at all if recruiters believe that theyre really good in what theyre doing, then they will make an offer (through email). This is the case where passive employees are deemed more marketable than the eager applicants. It has something to do with loopholes, but this post wont probe into it.If youve been addicted to online games, then you could see the semblance between work and online game. The latter can be broken down into levels, where you must acquire certain items (or gifts) in able to move from one level to the next. It used to be the case in the workforce, but certain factors would change it. Heres the dilemma. Do you think you have maximized your potentials? Does your anfhrer think youre good enough? Do you believe that you reach a (professional) crossroad? Before you answer the three questions, you must be able to know the signs that will tell you that your company values you. Lets enumerate itHow do I appreciate thee? Let me count the ways. Flexibility in your work schedule, respecting your personal time, pay increases. These three will be the frequent signs that will show that you are important to the success of the company. There are other concrete ways, which you (and only you) can figure it out.Youll get more tasks, which will put you out of your comfort zone for a while. It will be challenging, if not distressing, at first. But your boss wont let you do it if youre not ready for them.Youll be accommodated (in reciprocity for your hard work). The feeling would be mutual.Before you let these signs get into your head, you must be aware of the signs that show that youre not valuable to the company. Heres a short listWhen you ask for something, your boss will look at it as a major inconvenience. Trust will be the main issue behind it, but there can be other reasons.Youre bein g passed up. Someone would resign from the company, and you apply for that vacant position. You believe that you have the experience, but the powers-to-be see your case differently.You are taken for granted. Youve been languishing in your post for some time, if not a word about your performance.This is an uncommon dilemma, and there wont be straight answers. As a matter of fact, it can take you some time. Weigh your options while looking ahead. Does the pros outweigh the cons? Are you sensible enough to let convenience prevail in this situation? Can you take a leap into the unknown? These questions will bring you back to the set of earlier queries. If youre unhappy about your predicament, then confide it with your family and friends. You can talk to your boss about it, which can be better than a wait-and-see stance. Theres no need to be blunt about your career path, as you must be able to perceive the signs in the office.
